Me and My Girl

My daughter popped in yesterday for a little while. We chatted about this and that and then she tells me she’s found a six minute workout that doesn’t hurt her neck but is already toning her abs after less than a week.

That’s when her eyes start twinkling. “Do it with me, Mom.”

And you what?

I DID.

I COULD.

Easy. (Not that there was never a burn.)

I’m not sure you could have convinced me a year ago that I could plop on the floor and keep up with my 22 year old. Will wonders never cease?

Since I liked the short workout and Sarah recommends it so highly, I thought you might enjoy trying it too. I looked it up on YouTube and am sharing it here just for you.

Seven minutes to a flatter tummy!

Love this! I’ve been looking for something like this–a compilation of exercises. And each one is only 30 seconds.
